Previously, Ilene founded and led a nationally recognized, multimillion-dollar broadcast marketing company in the Northeast—the first all-female radio marketing firm in the U.S. After more than 20 years of success, she relocated to Florida and redirected her energy toward small businesses and the arts.

Deeply involved in the nonprofit arts sector, Ilene has helped elevate numerous organizations through strategic marketing, branding, and design. She also shares her expertise by leading seminars on marketing for artists and creative professionals.
